The experience with Sumit and team was very pleasant. The entire process right from initial discussions through designing, material selection, work and handover were very smooth.
When we decided to get the interior done for our flat, we were a bit afraid and sceptical. We had heard of unpleasant experiences related to quality, schedule, cost and attitude of interior companies/carpenters from our friends/relatives. But Sumit and his team not only meet our expectations, they provided service which exceeded our expectation.
Sumit is very cooperative, understanding and professional guy. He took time to understand our interior expectations while keeping in my mind our budget. He guided us a lot during design and materials selection. He addressed all our queries and concerns patiently.
During the actual work he coordinated efficiently with carpenters, painters, electricians and other required professionals to ensure that work is on schedule. Even his team is very efficient, and the quality of work done is very good. Sumit himself ensures that there is no compromise in terms of quality and aesthetics. There were instances when we had to do some changes while the work was in progress and he accommodated our change requests efficiently.
Once the interior was done, we were amazed to see the output. Even our family members and friends who saw the work have praised it a lot. We would highly recommend 12 Square Interiors to anyone who wants an awesome job done for their dream home.

One of the main reasons to finally select 12 Square Interiors from a list of other interior companies was the way the initial quote was presented to us. The quote was very transparent and detailed. After working with him, we can say that Sumit is very approachable and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions on each step regarding the designs and color combinations. He was ready to listen to all our requirements and never said no to any of the work.
It was a great experience and pleasure working with Sumit and his team and we would highly recommend 12 Square Interiors to anyone who wants an awesome work done for their home.

He could able to fix all your needs in a given time and perfection is the key. Easily approachable and very flexible with customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumit did the interiors for our apartment back in 2017 and his work is top notch. I would definitely recommend Sumit for any interior work - be it wood work, plumbing, electrical - he can get any work done with great quality.
Here's my experience with Sumit:
* He's very detail oriented. He clearly understands his client's requirements.
* Work is top quality and extremely durable.
* Very cost effective in spite of great quality.
* Delivers on time.
* Very professional.
* Extremely reliable. I hardly visited the premise to supervise.
It's been 5 years and the work he did is still intact. I had a minor issue after a long time and he sent his carpenter the same day to have it fixed. Sumit is very responsive and he provides great service after the job as well.
