★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant travel experience with 18 travels. Support provided during lockdown situation is really appreciated. I just want to share my experience with 18 travels. I have booked cab for 3rd July but unfortunately didn't travel on same day. Staff was very supportive that they kept the cab on hold for 2 days as the cab details were shared for travelling pass. Then I travelled on 5th July from Pune to Mumbai. Driver was wearing mask and gloves and the cab was fully sanitized. Had a safe journey!!
