★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 2 accounts here. One is my husband's salary account & another is my daughter's account. In both cases I'M the 2nd Holder. On 14th July my daughter faced some fraud & lost rs78000/- from her account. She immediately contacted with the SBI Customer care & they really acted promptly &took care of the matter. Next day 15/7/21at 10:30am I went to the bank & submitted an application to stop temporarily the account. As the fraud query matter will take long time my daughter sent application to open her account,activate her user ID and other facilities as Manager madam instructed. She is trying to help my daughter genuinelyt after realising her problem. But the staffs are unprofessional ¬ cooperative at all. On 6/8/21she submitted the application but nothing has been done till now.
