β β β β β Best commercial place.Best ambience,large area with all modern amenities.what impress me most is club house of 40,000 Sq.ft area.which helps you to enhance your business. Offices are fully vastu complaints.The locality is quite decent and they are providing visitors car parking as well. Their are many commercial projects on going but this one is way more special than other.If u miss the opportunity of sea view in Bombay then definitely you need to come down 24High.
Overall they are raising the bar of commercial Offices ?.

Whereas the property is under construction and will be ready for use till April 2025 according to MahaRERA. Moreover the construction quality and it's work is in full swing. We can hope before time delivery.
