★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue ventures always take land in joint ownership with land owner so they allot some flats to land owner in return. those land owners will trouble you later by not paying maintenance, use common spaces as a personal property.Builder will conveniently get out of this by taking his money but flat owners will suffer later. Also,blue ventures never build amenities or society gate as per their brochures .builder will charge High maintenance for society where common area sweeping is done once in month, water shortages. land owners will have disputes with builder and they will torture all for everything.So be careful.
