★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Mulund East. Very quiet peaceful and lots of space, trees. Well maintained, I have been staying here for last 30+ years so a bit partial. Mostly 1 bhk aptmts but also few 2 &3 bhk. No lift, max 4 storied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old but well maintained complex at Mulund East, very peaceful location opposite to Holy Angel School. Almost 35 years plus age of construction, mostly maharashtrian residents and gated society.
Easy access from Railway Station, Mulund East West bridge and for Eastern Express highway for Thane, Navi Mumbai & Mumbai connectivity.
