★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very nice place to work here...in very small big area's only main people have been grown up....in big places we cannot grow or learn...so don't choose for salary...if u r going to choose for growth and learning path...this would be a best place...more than negativity ... positivity wrks...i think this places comes under positivity....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will give you the appointment letter only after you complete a month with them... not a place for experienced or competent candidates... (It is run by two brothers so you will be ultimately reporting to 2 bosses) of course they wont be explicit about it... Fire and Hire is the name of the game here. Personal experience - I was offered a package of 12 lcs as a Inside sales manager but, since I was not given an appointment letter I continued to pursue other options, I didnt realise that even personal emails were tracked (I bet that is illegal) I responded to another recruiters email confirming my availability for an interview for the next day from my personal email but on the office provided PC. The next morning I received a text from Sandeep (the owner) "I see that you're going for an interview today evening. I'll not be continuing with you. Wish you all the best!!" I didnt bother to even respond to that text, would have been a complete waste of my time. I can see how alot of folks may take up such offers out of desperation, but be WARNED you may find your self in a worse condition than you begin with before the interview

Interviewer asked me basic simple questions and not a single technical question where the job role was technical support manager and after that they rejected me don't know the reason behind it horrible experience.After that i called hr she didn't responded as well.

Please take this review as an advice
Dear HR & Management team, please do not consider anyone for granted. Let me describe why I say this.
It was on 6th March 2020 that I walk-in for interview after having an email chat with Asmi. I was interviewed by Srinivas and we spoke on various point noted on my resume. Yes, I understood that I possessed only 5-6 months of experience which will hardly consider as eligible to be treated as experienced candidate and I agreed with that. I was offered 16k as TH which is less than my last TH. And he also told me that the company does not have - Cab facilities, EPF, ESIC, dinner/meal. And I have no issue with those. But, I was little reluctant to say yes/no instantly so I told him that I'll call back later confirming my stand.
But before I could make call, I had already received 3 missed calls from company number and Srinivas so I called him back and he stated that he understood that I'm not happy with the package so Srinivas told me that the company shall provide 18k as TH for which I agreed upon. It is clearly written as 18k TH in my resume as well.
I came for final round of interview today (9 March 2020). I first spoke with Srinivas and reconfirmed the package as 18k and had listening skills test for which I fair well. He also told me that I might be processed for afternoon shift for which I said I'll be flexible with any shift. Later, I had a final round interview with Manager and ended fruitful. Manager told me HR will get me back on or before 6pm.
Just as I reached home, I got a missed call from Srinivas, I called him back and to my utter dismay he stated that my TH will be 16k not as 18k. So, I asked why change the pay suddenly by 2k less? I didn't get a convincing response for this. He just told me if I'm OK with 16k, I can join the office the next day itself but does not justify the reason for changing the TH anytime they wish.
What I want to say is that, you guys could have been honest from the very beginning with pay scale, if so I'll be more than happy to work with even 16k as TH. I knew that the company is still at Start-up stage for which I can't expect the same benefits as the other company does but this doesn't mean they can cheat or play with someone's mind. You guys played with my feelings, so I'm not happy with the way you guys treat my honest thoughts. I wish that this incident should be the last.
I'm sure it will be a nice place to work, learn, grow and build a team but I'm not ready to tolerate the lies or miscommunication they did to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got selected for the voice profile and they offered me 18k in hand .and I informed Hr that I am facing some technical issues with my laptop so it will get fixed on Monday .and I will start working from Monday onwards and in Monday morning I accept the offer letter .and I got mail from hr she said now you can't work with us .it's our policy that you have to accept offer letter within 2 days.they just wasted my time
