★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all. I would like to tell everyone that I started my corporate journey with 360 Degree Cloud only, then I work for Accenture, Noida for around 3 years. I was happy but something was lacking in my career, the growth, the atmosphere, etc. So, I always follow my instinct, and I thought why not reaching Siddharth Sir (CEO of 360 Degree Cloud) as I have maintain cordial relations since beginning.
I approached Sir that I would Love to join the company again as per my background and merits. And, Sir offered me the job within 1 week at times of Covid, where other IT company were laying off the employees on the pretext of Covid but Sir had not laid off any employee but was hiring employees on a spree.
Coming on the benefits of working in 360 Degree Cloud- On boarding was so easy, compensation was also good, work from home facility from the very first day, flexible timings, global clients, respect Individual whether juniors or seniors or even office staff, they will respect you and vice versa, they are hiring the best people of their domain from various parts of the country not just restricted to any particular region, Integrity - management will listen you if you have any grievances, means you will be heard, and the best thing is they are open to suggestions, believe in open culture, where everyone can contribute to the upliftment of the organization, salary will be given on time every month, they are never late on this. They celebrate various occasion and organize annual get together where you will be recognized for your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined 360 Degree Cloud Technologies as an intern after which I was offered PPO. Also I was provided with opportunity to choose my area of interest to work. I already had an opportunity in other organization with higher pay scale but instead I chose to join 360 Degree because of various Pros I experienced during my internship. The company offers very congenial environment which makes even a fresher very comfortable to work. I never heard of a company where every employee can be directly in touch with the CEO but 360 degree provides this transparency where any employee can directly contact the CEO of the company, Mr. Siddhart Sehgal. Being a fresher i never experienced any difficulty, the seniors here are extremely supportive and you get ample opportunities to grow and learn. Being a female also I never experienced any Discrimination or inferiority. The HR here is very punctual regarding the Payroll cycle and even during the pandemic every employee received the salary on time.
