We are a startup organization in Plastic manufacturing industry; hence, came across with 3D Bazaar via India Mart when we purchased a 3D printer from them. As we have recently steeped into this industry hence, using a 3D printing was not our forte, However, team at 3D Bazaar which includes Mr. Ravi Rai., Mr. Vikas Mudgal are really determined to provide customer support at utmost level. I personally call them so frequently for even minute queries and they resolve each of them every time with tremendous patience level. We will surely recommend each and everyone to try the above mentioned once as after that you will never wish to apart from them.. Many thanks to entire team and wish good work for future.... Keep the good work going......Thanks a lot Mira ji for such a wonderful experience especially after sales services which are generally rare to see these days...

My friend had gifted me recently Creality Ender 3 pro machine. I did not know how to operate or whom to contact. A google search led me to 3 D Bazaar and I got connected to Akshay Kilam who promptly reverted with his advice and quote. I was really taken aback by the quick revert as the usual experience is delay and procrastination. Next day Akshay sent home Vikas Mudgal- a charming young B.Tech for fixing the machine and also helping me to understand the operation. It was all a smooth and hassle free professional service. I would very strongly recommend their services to all those who need expert advice and professional service with courtsey and pleasant manners.

We are using Prusa i3 mk3 which we have purchased from 3d bazaar (Gurgaon). This product delivers good quality of RPT'S. 3d bazaar staff is also very cooperative and helpful for us in making RPT'S and giving full technical support.

Thank you 3DBazaar for making Flux beambox pro available in India. It is a powerful and compact laser cutter and is very easy to use. Akshay and team thank you for your patience in answering all my questions and arranging the demos. I am super excited to start my creative journey with this great product.

If you’re looking to have objects printed 3D Bazaar is a reliable source. I've had objects printed and that service was fine, albeit expensive. However if it is equipment you’re intending to buy, be wary of the quality and age of the product you’re receiving. I happened to buy an Ender 3 Max from 3D Bazaar as I was assured original, quality products, and great after sales service. Thus far I've received theres a chasm between promises and delivery. What I received instead was a used printer - the reason I suspect that is because the glass bed is thoroughly stained, scratched in places, and scuffed in others. Pictures included. Judge for yourselves whether a new printer would bear such 'veteran-like scars'. The bed was covered in masking tape which I removed thinking it was part of packaging and that's when I discovered this damage. I was told that masking tape is the only way to achieve bed-adhesion from this "cheap printer". Really? Probably just an invented reason to camouflage the damaged bed. The bed bears the permanent scars of several prints this printer may have endured, prints of differing shapes and sizes. The reason I've been given is that they thoroughly tested the printer before delivering it to me - very thorough, I see, hours worth of testing! On sustained protesting they said it was Creality that gave them this old bed. Creality, you should know you're supplying defective equipment to your partners! On complaining about the state of the printer, two gentlemen came over to inspect and calibrate the machine - which they did by purely by eyeballing the printing process - no tools used at all, none. While printing a calibration cube, three layers in, I was told the printer has been successfully calibrated - even though the prints were warping at places and not adhering to the bed. The mirthful reason I was given was β€œthis is a cheap printer, if you want good prints, buy an expensive printer like a Prusa or an Ultimaker!”. Right, I’ll remember that, and not buy anything from you. The printer was also missing its data card and the spatula, and the manuals+warranty - if it comes with any. The memory card and spatula were delivered when they were discovered missing, but no manual was delivered. On insisting, I was given an invoice. Now, I demand a new glass bed - I will not be cheated out of a part that’s rightfully mine - even if it is for a β€œcheap” printer that delivers "aise hi quality ke prints". Meanwhile, this 'new' printer is extruding useless prints - not one shape is proper. Steep, self-learning curve ahead. What a shame. EDIT/UPDATE: 3D Bazaar responded appropriately and made good the missing tools and have promised to replace the bed in a few weeks.
