★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Krishnamurthy did a great job of fixing this laptop. This is a U.S HP laptop and a lot of stores had given up on fixing the motherboard but Mr. Krishnamurthy and Karthik did a fabulous job of finding the right motherboard and then also adding the required RAM. THANK YOU

Between 1day you just repaired my lenovo laptop(motherboard issue).In whole Bangalore everyone told me they will repairing my laptop. But they also told me they take more than a month.but this is out of budget.but after meet gopi sir he told me in 2 days he will repair my laptop.But in between them he will also delivered my laptop.if Again I will get chance then I would like to meet murthy sir.

I suggest once you just go 3d info system.they will serve best service , in affordable(best price) , best also quality .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just a pathetic experience with UrbanClap and it's service provider '3D info systems'. They are just thugs in decent attires and polished tongue.
I gave my laptop for servicing and the told they will check and let me know the quote and took the laptop with them. I got call next day that my graphics controller need reconditioning and I/O chipset replacement which will cost 3k, which I agreed to.
But just 2 hrs before delivery, they told me that my 4GB RAM was not working and had to be replaced. They told as complimentary they are giving me a 1GB RAM which was basically useless in a laptop operating Win7.
They never mentioned it earlier but on the last moment. They gave 4GB faulty RAM back but there's no way to know if they are mine or not. I should have noted down all part numbers before giving the laptop to them.
Simply useless people just waiting to get a decent laptop for servicing and make fraud statements about parts being not working.
Utterly disappointed. I paid 3k for my laptop which doesn't even open properly now. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charged me for vga chipset and core ic they did not replace. The display issue persisted even after their consequtive visit and the laptop stopped working completely after three months when their warranty expired.
Came to know that they cheated when I gave laptop to another place recently and they opened it in my presence.
On the top of it, they charge a hefty amount.
Stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptops had some hardware issues, tried with few local services providers and couldn't get it done. With urban clap ref I got introduced to 3D info and they gave me a quick & prompt response. Now my laptop is working fine.
I have referred many of my of my frens to 3D Info for their laptop service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was facing heat sink issue in my lenevo laptop. I thought it is regular thermal paste and fan issue but even after applying thermal paste and changing fan with heat sink still I was facing problem. 3D info system helped me in identifying and resolving the actual issue of ICs. They did multiple stress testing before delivering laptop to cross check all the issues resolved or not. Thanks 3D info system. I am happy with your service.

I liked their response which was very good with a smile, very friendly in nature, service with a smile. Service fees was also reasonable. Highly reliable in nature. Highly experienced hands. They procure all parts on your request and get it serviced in front of you.
We are filled with joy the way they had serviced our laptop and today it is looking very good and functioning like the way when we had purchased.
