They dont print reports you need to visit them ask for print outs for u r reports and wait for hours to get them Dr / technician is not at all supporting I don't recommend this lab Worst service

I got CBCT done twice within the past month. Scan process is okay but soft copies of the report were not emailed to me in spite of a personal request and providing my email id in writing, on both occasions. The technician said reports are sent to the dentist. I had to call the center multiple times and the attitude of the lady there was as if the dentist, not me, had paid for the scans. She disconnected the call abruptly.
