★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Post service one of the vital screws from the engine was missing. A rookie mistake or probably carelessness by mechanic. Had to fix the issue at another place
2.Mechanic took bike for joyride outside of workshop into mainroad without authorization which means risk of speed limit fines, helmet fines & abuse of bike like chaging parts as owner is not present. Do not handover & leave your bike unattened as it will be misused.
3.Mechanic asked to install & buy parts from him personally which is either fake, used or stolen.
4.Mechanic changed parts even if it did not require replacement just to inflate the bill unnecessarily.
5.Unecessary oil change & lubes were added to final bill just to make the customer pay hefty money. But the oil replacement which was really required was never filled even though the gauge indicator showed it was way below minimum level.
BE VERY CAREFUL ESPECIALLY DURING FREE SERVICING AS THEY WILL TRY TO ADD PARTS, OIL CHANGE & LUBES WHICH ARE NOT REQUIRED JUST TO LOOT MONEY FROM CUSTOMER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent servicing centre for TVS vehicles, they got the basic stuff like air conditioner room, charging point,etc. They have fully automated washing systems and thats fun to watch. Employees are helpful and humble.
Update after 4 years:
The above review was from me 4 years back. So, service degraded from 5 stars to 2 stars. I waited for around 8 hours, was denied WiFi usage, got bored watching OTV, used stinky washroom, billing guy denied invoice printout stating printer is not working but it was working. So, yes once my preferred service center but now the least preferred.
