Pros
- Small teams manage big projects, hence great learning opportunities.
- Great work-life balance
- No dirty office politics :P
Cons:
- although company is good, should give employee required documents timely. i.e. Payslip. (need to improve management). may be its improved now while i am writing this review in 2020. :)
