★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional employees and window installers. Will delay work with time and so on. Very pooor skills on measuring windows, don't be fooled. There are much better options in the market. They will just add up to your budget and your stress. On time work and delivery is a joke on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and crooks!!! These two words will describe them... Ankit is the biggest crook... To get business, he will make all promises and would be very sweet. Once he gets the initial big amount, he shows the real color. I ordered Lesso windows. Initially, he took the money and then started delaying things. All the promises he made initially started falling down. Quality of glass was worse. He promised tempered glass and took more money for it, but installed normal glass.
Workmanship is worst. Windows made do not align, there are gaps from where mosquitoes can easily come when window is closed.
When I asked for bill (he had taken tax amount), he did not provide bill and disappeared after using foul words over the call and yelling at me (his customer). That shows their professionalism.
They took all the money and then disappeared without installing the windy. I had to pay another person to install the windows.
If there was option to provide negative rating, I would have given that. Going to report this to Lesso. All manufacturers/companies should cancel their license and providing material and orders to them.
They can only give stress and steal money from their customers.
