★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent is too high.... Rooms are really small for such a high rent ... No proper hygiene is maintained . For half of the year , water has a really bad smell so you'll have to buy water for drinking..! Electricity bills are sky high.. and wifi never works .. Would never recommend it..
Better pg's are provided in begumpur area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will show good rooms and will shift you to some other room promising to shift you asap, will take 2 month security deposit in advance though the manager says you can shift before March he won't return money.
Even changing room within the hostel is not possible. worst food quality... Really a person you can't trust on money matters. Wi-Fi never works properly. Ventilation is not proper. Unhygienic because you have to wash your utensils in wash room's wash basin probably shared by many. But hostel is safe
