★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is located in the prime area with good ambience and in-house amenities. The hospital rates are also reasonable. I got admitted under Dr. Kasar sir who is one of the most skilled, professional and well experienced doctor in PCMC who gave me the self confidence to get recover soon.
The Doctors, Nursing, Admin, and Cleaning staff are very excellent and soft spoken. Sister Deepali from Nursing staff is very proactive and prompt w.r.t. Nursing services. The best part from the ADMIN team was that Admin In-charge approached me to check 'what went well?, what went less well? and any points for improvements?'. There are very few hospitals who onnects with patients to seek the overall feedback and the 7 Orange Hospital is one of them.
Regarding cleanlyness, though it is a thankless job, maushi Ms. Farzana stand out with her very dedicated room cleaning services, she knows what patients expects when it comes to room cleaning and she did the fabulous job, much appreciated! Keep up the good job.
The canteen services are above expectations as the overall food quality is good and tasty. They also serve the food for the patients family on the demand basis.
The only improvement I would suggest to change the patient old uniform code and come up with elastic based pajamas with zip if feasible and possible ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very hygienic and peaceful place. Hospital staff is supportive. They have seven orange VIP lists which includes teachers, Navy/army/airforce person, senior citizen, social worker, specially abled. For them hospital has special discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True to its Motto. Excellent experience during my mother's cyst surgery. Doctors are qualified and experienced who will clearly explain and try to clear every query. Staff is well trained, very soft spoken and gives utmost respect and care to senior citizens. Rooms are very spacious and high level of cleanliness maintained. All complex surgeries performed here.
Most of the investigations including 2d echo, angiography, xray, cath lab & Pathology available within hospital premise.
I really appreciate the efforts being put by complete staff starting from the admin, doctors, nurses and even maushi.
During 2d echo, the machine was taken away for emergency case and my mother had to wait. The doctor performing the 2d echo was more restless and trying hard to expedite considering a senior citizen was waiting. Even my relatives visiting my mother realised this and appreciated genuine efforts put by the entire staff.
Rayisa Shaikh head of operations personally coordinates all surgeries and make sure that patient or family doesn't face any inconvenience. During the pre surgery health check, we waited for almost half day for various test results.
Rayisa asked us to leave assuring that she will take care of the rest.
