★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service provided by staf specially Sapna n who cordinated for door installation at my home.they did this installation yesterday at pushp nagri manish nagar. My exp with this provider is listed below.
Team was cordinating from last three months for this installation. Many times they took measurement of required safety gate. Hence I was assured that they will install gate whichsoever size is required and should be installed with minimum efforts and expenses.
I was wrong here. They installed 3.5 feet gate instead of 3.25 feet.
Obviously I paid exttra money for this which was not needed.
Installation quality. :
Very poor in my case it is worst as one piller and wall was dameged by them to get fit bigger gate which was not my need or any urgency to me get installed biggger gate instead of required 3.25 feet gate which was needed at my place.
Piller and wall was cutted by them un evenly just to install it quickly.
They were not bothered about proper door fitting which was my objective with this safety door installation.
Cost of door :
It was higher then there competitive 7star for same door.
Carting and installation charges :
Paid for this it was not conveyed earlier.
Customer support:
I called Sapna n today as I was not happy with installation and wanted to get it done after evenly cutting wall and column.
I didnt heard any promising response except that you need to pay additionally for this.
All these are additional expenses on me for on this installation. None of skilled labour provided to me hence I am getting it done by local labours today to have expected work done.
