I never recommend this worst hospital to any family who wants to save their loved one’s lives.
They charge you enormously and don’t care about the patients. They don’t even have any humanity. I lost my grand father here due to their worst service, hospitality and treatment.
Their services are the worst and you should never ever go to this hospital if you want to save someone’s life.
The lift doesn’t work in case of emergency and the worst thing is that the ICU is on the top most floor which is really very dangerous for a critical patient to transfer from top to down or down to top. As the lift was non functional my grandfather was transported on a wheel chair with oxygen cylinder via ramp which was the worst moment of my life which a hospital should be ashamed of. Due to their negligence and bad decision making of unprofessional doctors I lost my grandfather. Please don’t go here if you want to save someone’s life. I will also attach few pictures of the hospital which shows the standards of the hospital. One more thing is that they don’t even respond properly to the insurance company as well once you pay the hefty bill they charge and there by your insurance provider will reject your claim as well. They don’t provide all the documents to you and not even respond to you if you call them back. Please check your final bill content as well because they add extra things in the bill which you haven’t used at all or not provided to you at all. I have checked my bill personally and asked them to remove the things which I haven’t used from the bill. And finally what not you want to see, listen and hear, everything happens there which is unprofessional and unethical. This is my own experience and pain of losing my grandfather because of this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hospital for Knee replacement, We are from Gudivada town, my father is suffering from knee pains from past 3-4 years we have visited many hospitals around Vijayawada and Guntur they all suggested to get knee replacement surgery, we came to know about this hospital from family friends who got their mother knee replacement surgery, we visited this hospital and Dr.Venkat Reddy Sir explained clearly why my father should get knee replacement surgery, my father unable to walk straight due to knee touch to base bone, he said it will be corrected through the process. We had taken several feedbacks and we admitted for surgery and surgery went very well all thanks to Dr.VenkataReddy Sir and my friend who suggested this hospital.
My Father recovered well and now he is walking in straight
I strongly recommend this hospital for ortho related issues
