★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, but poor maintenance. Also car parking is a big problem if you are assigned a parking in the basement. Basement is very dirty, lights are switched off always and most of the time other cars would be parked to the basement entrance making it inaccessible for you. You have to wait till someone removes the car for you.
Also, there is no society or any flat owner in charge of maintenance and upkeep. So, if you have any problems, you have to resolve it yourself.

You have to prepare foods all by your own otherwise you can order online meals or foods or else many restaurants are available nearby, even Battachaya Hotel is situated at the opposite side of the road.
Rent is quite high and expensive in comparison.
Location is quite awesome and amazing.
Almost the entire Bhubaneswar will be visible {just as exactly as the view is seen (or achieved) from Dhauligiri.}
Well, these were some of the advantages.
Let's check some disadvantages:
The corridor seems to be kind-of congested.
Parking is available but poor facility is available there too, because of insufficiency in placement.
