★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best equipments from best companies. Good for people who prefer less crowd. Good ambience. Cross fit machines are also there which includes lots of exercises. The gym is actually better as compare to others bcoz they focus on your goals and gud body results.I suggest everyone to join n take the membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is right example for value for money you get how much u pay. 7s gym made it so easy and smooth going for me as a beginner. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the components and machines in the gym are perfect in shape. Also the trainers here are very supportive and encouraging for your body transformation. The facilities provided here are one of the top class too. Owner is very friendly and have reasonable pricing. What else would you look in a top class gym? Must try personally recommend.
