★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place to get connection from, I would suggest that stay without internet but don't take their connection. When they want money they will call you twice or thrice within an hour, but if we have a complaint we have to call them atleast 10 time for them to pick up once, their main technician doesn't even stay in andheri. Even if somehow we give a complain they take at least 3 to 4 hours to respond . Rhan another 2 hours for their technician to arrive, even if he arrives he will come with half equipments and the go back and the repeat the same rant other day, this will happen till your plan is about to expire.
I hope i had an option of giving -start i would have given them -100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service team and technicians are very active and always ready to help. But their internet overall is very bad. I have had them for over 5 months now but it has been more of a pain to use than a utility. the problems are very frequesnt which is very frustratibg. Unfortunately they are not able to solve the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently I am living in panvel.. i called on 17 oct 2021 to make complain about No Signal issue they said this is Oshiwara andheri office call to panvel office. I said panvel office contact is not on internet u give me contact number. He literally said "Panvel ka number hamare pass nahi hai". I asked him for is there any number or email id to file complain against Signal issue. He said no we don't have any. There may be many people like me i guess. I have complain about 7Star canle on consumer forum through UMANG app. I urge you guys also to complain against them on consumer forum. This company is taking money but not giving service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly, the worst network . We have a signal problem every week , it's corrected and again the signal shows error . The staff too isn't responsive to the faults nearly tales them a day or two to come home and check the problem tho the center is close enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm staying in mhada right now, this 7 star brand is the worst brand you can go for. i have to call him daily, i pay around 1k per month for 20-30 mbps and in reality it does not even work. and the worst part is that in my particular building, they have monopoly and i cannot even opt for airtel or jio fibre so i am stuck with this pathetic internet service provider

I ain’t over exaggerating at all. They have pathetic service and pathetic staff. The staff is so arrogant and ignorant that they make you feel helpless all along. The internet is never working be it day or night. Since the day i got their service I haven’t worked a single day peacefully.
They will never resolve your issues. And the attitude they have got my goddd….. do not ever subscribe to this network….
