★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very pleasant experience as I placed an order from Bombay- 2 cakes which was to be delivered at pune kalyani nagar for my bhabhi and niece for their birthday a surprise for them as they share their birthdays, being late night 10.30 pm and instructed them to deliver the cakes by sharp 12 am and the instructions were followed to the T, not only that everything was prompt. Mr. Nitin the owner personally attended and was very warm and helpful. Assured me will be done and it was really so and they baked fresh cake and looked very beautifully and they loved it for whom it was ordered. Big Thank you for your services sir, inspite of last moment order, at such a short notice. As everything from ordering to being delivered happened in a span of 1 hr 30 minutes. It was incredible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is perfect to satiate your hunger with best quality and prices possible. I tried their Veg puffs, Cakes, ? Different flavoured Donuts, Well cake etc. all were amazing and never disappointed with their service. Also the owner there is also very helpful to give you choice and tell you about his new dishes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Red velvet cake. This was my 1st order here so was a lil anxious as to how it's gonna be. I am so glad I chose 7th heaven for the special day order. The cake was delicious and awesome. Service was great as 7th heaven ensured my order was ready on time inspite of a short notice.
The best part was I had to travel and was worried if the cake will stay.. they assured me it would and it was as fresh even after over 2 hours.. Great service! Kudos!

It was such a short notice and to my surprise Nitin was so prompt and he ensured the cake would be delivered on time. Kudos to you Nitin for the excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a baby shark theme b'day cake. Cake was average. My child got an alergy from the colour used and the blue colour didn't go for two days. You should take care of what materials you use. Order came 2.5 hours late than what was agreed. Not a good experience. Even the design was like a school kid made the sharks. It was a good thing that we didn't have anyone over given the third wave. Saved us the embarassment.
