★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "worst" behavior from a receptionist of such a reputed brand, maybe the person is fed up of answering queries day and night, until she hungs up the call on the face, and even never bothers to pick up the call ever again as long as she wishes, no matter how frustrating it may be on the other end.
Disgusting, illiterate and unexpected behavior.
