I have been working at Kikai Services(88gravity) full-time for more than 6 months.
Don't know where to start. But I will try ...
1. CEO is abusive and ill-mannered.
2. There is no timing to work even they can call you in midnight and forced you to start work ASAP. And I didn't receive a single rupee after resignation(notice period).
3. Poor salary, they want to hire employees for free.
4. CEO himself writes reviews weekly and give 5 stars to himself.
5. No technical manager/senior.
6 .Rs 500 rupees onsite but they will not reimburse.

Kindly register it under the SHOP establishment act.
It is not a company its a shop.
Don't treat your employees as labor.
Rest pieces of advice I will give time to time.
Note: This is a third company where labor work 24*7. If you want to destroy your life, then join Kikai Services(88gravity).
