★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 93 Avenue is newly opened tiny mall I can say. So there r shops on rent. There are number of shops. D-mart store Max fbb Beccos There r cafe’s too if we feel hungry while shopping. This mall is situated on Solapur Highway. Exactly besides the highway so it’s good location easily accessible. Shop names I’ll give below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather good mall to spend your weekend .. beautiful architecture in the front side, looks spacious .. Areawise the mall is smaller compared to others in Pune, but still packs a variety of high end franchises .. Still not completely occupied, but based on the location and popularity, we can expect some nice stalls coming up sooner !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 93 avenue mall very nice mall There are many options available for Reliance Digital Barbie Q Nation D Mart shopping here, it is in Fatima Nagar on Solapur Road, there is a mall at Kalu Bai Chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good mall, all branded products under one roof from dmart to food court to kids play zone and rajhans theatre.... Great location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (As of April 2022) It's a small mall with many shops still closed. You will find a game zone, a theater, Dmart and some food joints like KFC, dominos here. It's a fun small mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Fatima Nagar bus stop on Swargate - Hadapsar road. Since this is recently opened mall, not many outlets/shops are yet available. Still for foodies some good options like Absolute Barbeque, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Burger King, KFC are open. Theater at top floor is also running. Some other outlets like DMart, Max are also open for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall quite big and just started. Most shops are waiting to be rent. Domino's and burger King is available. Parking and lift are operational. Rajhans movie there.all over good place . But it still not fully operational as all shops are not rented fully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious mall but very less to explore as most of the shops are not open i.e. owners are yet to open their business.
The food court has some good outlets and even the Rajhans Cinema is a must for watching movies because of their dolby atmos screens.
