★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of A-1 coolers and people those are working in same shop have cheated me by giving fake product. I told them to give me genuine product without assembled as I have to carry it to Mumbai by train. He packed the cooler (for packing he charged 150 Rs extra) and I reached Mumbai by train. At home I found that 25% parts were totally missing. I tried to connect him but he didn't pick up the call and when he answered to my call, was talking very rudely like he does not have customer value. He was neither ready to give me refund nor replace it. He said in train it could have been broken which is totally wrong. You may find the quality of fan he has given to me. It is totally broken and seems to be old one colored with black and sold as new one. I would suggest not to buy any product from his owner. Really cheater....;(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class coolers and 3rd class service. The owner is rude and doesn't care after you have purchased the coolers. Don't buy unless you want to really see what a worst form of service looks like.
