★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked a service for washing machine a month ago & this service guy Izhar came down checked the washing machine & said that there is some prob with the machine board. Which he took for chk up & servicing & charged a sum of 4k for the same. The board got screwed up within 2 days of installation & after which there was no response from this guy. He just keeps delaying saying that I am busy now will come later, busy today will come tomorrow & so on. It's been a month now & there is no response yet. Had to get the washing machine fixed somewhere else & had to pay another 4 k again.
Don't trust these fraud guys.

I was about to be thugged by the company guy and urban clap who quoted a bomb and even suggested that we dispose this machine at a throwaway price. When I contacted mr Izhar we was extremely courteous and professional and came personally and diagnosed the problem and quoted 1/10th of the price. I am not going to believe in the established business blindly anymore.
Please contact this man for a honest job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He brought a multimeter and came but doesn't even know to diagnose the issue properly i was told that the compressor is gone and it's unrepairable n charged rs300 for inspection ,in other reviews i saw his responses as in he returned the money which i don't believe , i thought I'd go for a second openion so i approached the authorised service centre and got it repaired by changing a sensor and chemical washed for low cost. Pathetic service wrong diagnosis would've ended up scraping my inverter compressor refrigerator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time, Mr Izar acts he is very professional and comes on time. Though he resolved the problem, he charged a hefty amount, almost equivalent to half the cost of a brand new washing machine. And then when the repair did not last even a month, he failed to come back and repair. After repeated follows ups, he makes false promises and turns out he is not professional. This person seems is not trustworthy so be careful if you plan to use your services.
