I had come for my daughter's simple trim cut. 2 ppl had tried separately, one was the owner and one was a worker. They both failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat for 5 hours to get my hair coloured and paid MORE than what she quoted initially.
Got hair colored bright red in the evening, and by morning they were brown like heena.
I had properly mentioned that I don't want this type of color and I don't like brown.
Moreover, my hair became extremely dry and damaged. They looked too bad.
I sent her the picture and she did not even apologise.
She even ruined my dress with the colours
