★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this store and honestly when I was there the other customers at the store were also feeling the same way (I had a conversation with two of them).
The shop owner of this store is such a pathetic guy that he doesn't care about the customers at all. He has no value for your time. During your entire time in the store you will find that the owner and his employees keep on talking to themselves and sometimes make fun of customers as well.
I called them before visiting them and confirmed about a particular product's availability. They asked me to visit mentioning that the product is available. I told them in advance that I will be coming from a very far distance and they were sure about the availabilty and insisted me to come. When I reached them in next 30 - 40 minutes, firstly they made me wait for atleast 20 minutes (one of the employees already told me that the product I am looking for is not available and was 'never available here'). After 20 minutes they started playing drama "ki Sir abhi tak to tha hmare pass but aapse baat hone k baad shayd sale ho gya h". I told them, brother you should have atleast called me to tell not to come. Then shop owner become very saracastic and said "ki hum to jo pehle aayega ussi ko bechenge" to which I agreed and questioned dat if you are an honest person can you show me the bill of that particular item which you have written for the sale in last 30 minutes?
He shattered in thoughts in front of other customers. My brother told him dat atleast u shud have not wasted our time here to which he responded "ki 1 ghante mein aapka time waste ho gya hai?", then laughed and said "agar ho hi gya hai to sorry".

For repair & fix I got my broken screen replaced in decent price.
