★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good industrial hub in close proximity to Delhi. Essentially textile units are operating. Average rental is Rs 30 to 35 per square feet. Metro station is bit far and that is the disadvatage when compared with Udyog Vihar Gurgaon. Though it is offset by the cheaper rent here. Labour is easily available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty park and people who played there cricket are always abuse. This park is not for family. Some people at evening after 7pm can be seen openly to drink in the park. The atmosphere is also very bad there. Because around the park there is lots of garbage storage jhopda that is always smells very bad. It's my suggestion don't go there. Because it's very risky at night.many gets People robbed at night
