My order was first order of the day, today at 10 AM....I came twice for order when u said sorry sir, we will be open after 10 mins only since it's not 10 yet.
Secondly, please go to my profile see my food reviews and everyone can know about my review genuineness.
Thirdly, This platform is only for increasing awareness....How is it that all your 5 stars are duly welcomed by you but if I gave a harsh review, it's a fake review?
My suggestion is to accept the genuineness, accept your mistake for not complying to your own standards and ensure you do not take any customer for granted.
Google doesn't give an option of negative stars, otherwise post this reply by you....this should be NEGATIVE 5 stars.

Amazing food quality and preparation. I went to this outlet basis the reviews and loved their Chilly Chicken & Pizza. Both the things were nicely cooked with its own authentic taste. Worth every single penny.
Last but not the least, you can order the food and have it in your own car as they have ample space of parking and the staff is also too humble to fulfill their customer's expectations.
