★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Monday's appointment for blood test @home on Satuday. Did not receive any sms or email confirmation of appointment nor any details of appointment timing and contact person. So called up in the morning to check about it and they told that the person will come after 11am. Waited till 12:30pm and called up to centre and got response that person is in nearby and will come soon. After 2pm I called up again, the centre connected me to that person and the person told me that there will be further delay as there is a load and he is not sure that i will get reports by evening. I had to go for chest xray and only for this person I waitied for more than 3hours. I had to visit the doctor and show blood reports and xray reports on the same day and at 11th hour I got this answers. Please don't take excessive appointments if you can't fulfill those on time. Give proper timing to your customer and follow the timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be confused between Metropolis and AG Golwilkar. Metropolis website still lists Golwilkar lab as an affiliated center. Apparently these two are not the same anymore. Metropolis should remove AG Golwilkar name from their websites if the the two are not together anymore.
I had booked an appointment through Metropolis and accidentally went to this particular location of AG Golwilkar in Pinnac Memories. Upon reaching here when I asked about my appointment of 9am, the front desk lady was extremely rude and asked to come after 11:30am. I told her that I had booked an appointment through Metropolis at 9am to which the same lady again responded by saying she knows nothing about anything. Overall, the attitude of AG Golwilkar seems to be extremely rude and not customer centric. I made the mistake of going to the wrong address but this is no way to treat a customer who has entered your shop Mr. Ajit Golwilkar.
Train your front desk staff to be courteous. You are not doing us a favor. The customer is doing you a favor by choosing you. You are here to provide services. Your businesses won't run without potential customers. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.
