★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked stuff and swiped my card. The money got deducted whilst the card machine showed that it's a cancelled transaction. I paid cash and the shop keeper promised not to claim the money from bank. After I raised the dispute the shop keeper has claimed the money and is refusing the money back. Thousands of rupees people like these loot when the customer runs around to end up not getting back the money. I called and asked them but they refused to give the money back.
