★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus I have ever taken. It is so bad that i am writing this review still sitting in the bus and i can barely type because the entire bus is shaking like there's an earthquake. I'm in an AC Volvo bus that allegedly goes non stop from Delhi to Jaipur. Non stop apparently means 45 stops to pick up short trip passengers upon whom the staff in the bus is definitely capitalizing. The AC was turned off fifteen minutes after the journey started and when I questioned it, it was switched on again in front of my eyes but I was told that it was always on and i was being crazy. All passengers are being charged different fares and the money is being pocketed by the driver and the conducter who is an absolute nightmare. This is disgusting and I have been misled as a customer by their description on Redbus. Your company sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst transport ever and worst experience.The conductor on duty was drunk and slept off in the middle of the passengers gang way. I boarded in from Jaipur to Delhi bus. The bus was delayed when I called A one agency to ask the where about of the bus and asked for the drivers number he hung up on me. Eventially I got the bus, later the bus driver and the conductor started random boarding of passengers on the bus from the hughway to Delhi. They kept on stopping the bus on the highway and picked up random passengers to earn extra money, making the existing passengers face inconvenience. Later on the way they switched off the AC of the bus until one of the passengers walked up to the conductor and asked him to start the AC.
It was a horrible trip and indecent behavior of the driver and the conductor made our journey a pathetic experience.woild not recommend to take this bus service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is never on time. Talks about a time and reaches 7-8 hrs late to a destination. Even the bus staff don't take any sence of responsibility for this much delay. Inside quality of bus is worst. Seats use to stink.kindly avoid using there services until necessary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service Provider. Today (10/10/19) I board in AC sleeper coach of bus from this agency at Sindhi camp at 6:20 PM. Initially bus driver drove it very slow because only 9 passengers booked in his bus and at 8:30 when bus reached in outskirt of jaipur city driver stopped the bus and anounced that there is some breakdown in bus, so requested all the passengers to de board and board in another seater bus, for which I denied. Then he drove me back to his office in Jaipur in the name of giving sleeper coach in another bus.
But after reaching the destination, he took bookings for the same bus and started again from Jaipur at 11:00 PM. Thereafter, after reaching mid way to Delhi, bus actually broke down and I had to take another bus at my cost.
So, request all of u to not to choose this agency even in any emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now completed a 2hr late journey from Jaipur to delhi. The bus was roaming in Jaipur even after 7.30pm but boarding was at 6pm. Rude attendant and Ac was also not working.. etc etc. Believe me if u have All time on Earth and want to see some drama.. u can choose this service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are totally fraud. Blankets have been mentioned in the amenities but they denied for the same. Reason given was... that they have sent the blankets for washing purpose. Time to reach gurgaon was 5:15 am which was mentioned over the redbus portal, which is a decent time to reach but the bus reached at 4 am in the morning. They even ignored the queries of the passengers.In the cold night, we travelled without blankets.

I chose to travel with this agency from Jaipur to Chandigarh. This is to mention here that this service provider provides drastically bad services. I would further like to mention here that apart from late departure, which might be a normal procedure for them, but limits of my patience were then exceeded, when I along with another two passengers were made to wake up after midnight around 2.30 to inform us that this bus won't be going to Chandigarh and they made us switch buses at that time and that too all of a sudden. How can a service provider wake you up from deep sleeping time to give you a shock that you have to move to another bus parked on the other side of busy road? Pathetic! And moreover their Aircon is just for the sake of being an AC bus and hardly expect any cooling effect from that and also no amenities are provided herein as well. Even the conductor seems to have any sense of dealing with customers. Ill mannered and rude! Seats smell and has lots more to be mentioned here but you can get an idea from other reviews and ratings of this service provider.
Better beware if you choose to go with this service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Very irresponsible agency. The agent took money and booked ticket for a bus that had already departed. When i came back to the shop, the agent wasn't there. And he stopped picking up calls. No one was there at the shop to attend customers. Later, nearby agencies helped and adjusted me in another bus.
