β β β β β Worst experience. After selling the vehicle they are forgot the customer.Befor 8 month I purchased a New vehicle from there . they only register my vehicle on RTO office. But till I never get my RC book. When I ask for them about RC
They told have to go RTO office and collect from there.

β β β β β Please compare this service center charges to Bangalore or Mysore ,it's too high they are overcharging ,if they charge like this on free service then what's they will do on payable service .
They used non Honda material oil too ( 3m) it's they use as mandatory in vehicle ,I check with other dealers get information that it's non recommended .
Don't get trap that 3m oils don't needs to use on your vehicle use Honda recommend lubricants only .If you talks with manager no use he not answer our questions he will answer what he thinks!

β β β β β I was traveling from Bangalore to Mysore and met with minor accident (all safe). Due to careless driving of a car driver, i was pushed into potholes and it damaged the front rim (pic attached) in the morning around 10-11am in between Bidadi and Ramanagar. I called multiple Honda showroom, but ART Honda, Bidadi responded. They checked on the Rim availability and front desk connected me with the Service center manager Ashok. I was surprised with the enthusiasm and service provided by the team. The front rim was not available in near by showroom's, they arranged it from Bangalore. I reached the showroom somewhere around 12pm or so. He also guided me with the Insurance claim process. I got the vehicle by 6pm.

You can easily find out showroom while travelling and having lot of place for parking, guys just visit here for best service..
