In all nashik this is very third grade network n people's toooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is problem with technician recruited by service provider.He is service provider for Airtel broadband. My Boradband connection is down for more than 2 days.
The technician visited to resolve issue on next day after complaint registration and ask for money with reason that connector is damage,whereas problem is with incoming connections from airtel main incoming supply box. Same issue was face by our neighbours and they paid charges for same without any hesitation and their problem get resolved.
Technician has created scinario that connector is damage by me but I was sure that this is not damaged by me. So denied to pay for same. Atlast he accepted to resolve issue at no cost when I was asked invoice from airtel against this service charge.He has installed one enclouser and leave as it is without any configuration with reason that he due to urgency on another site.
Still no one has attended my compliant.
Actually the thing is if you are ready to pay for free service then they will attend your compliant.
