★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the entire trip was conducted as per schedule, our experience enroute was lack lustre since the explanation in the bus by the guide was only in Bengali (in spite of repeatedly informing the attendant). It did not cater to us non-Bengalis who had booked the service all the way from Mumbai. Seat numbers were allotted but it wasn't implemented, hence the purpose of pre-booking was lost. The guide subsequently offered to explain to us outside each halt while the rest where touring the pandal, taking away valuable sight-seeing time. With this communication link missing, the entire experience was monotonous- something to be dusted and done a.s.a.p. Further shock lay in store when we realised at the end of the trip that the snacks served to us vegetarians were actually non-vegetarian. This hurt our sentiments. A simple red dot sticker on the snack box would have done the job. When this was brought to the notice of the team member at night after getting home from shopping, the uncouth team member at the other end of the telephone, rather than giving a patient hearing, (so very vital for a service industry) turned abusive and had the audacity to hurl insults after insults and even went to the extent of commenting that all Bengalis are non-vegetarians and that should be known to us. The worst was yet to come. He remarked that the food packet served at 4p.m. was taken back by us to save dinner costs! How ridiculous could that be? This statement was unwarranted and in poor taste. He repeatedly kept calling and challenged us saying that they at A-Z are tech-savvy enough to give a fitting reply for any action from our side. Non-Bengalis, a sincere advice, do not waste your money on this travel service. Would be foolish not to expect another tirade of abuses for this honest feedback from a family of tourists who took a week's off from work to know all about this beautiful City of Joy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good & well organized. today we completed our shaktipeeth tour of both west bengal & bangladesh. long tour about 15 days.we have visited trishorta also. next we are going to visit kamakhaya devi temple.hope the goddess will help everybody.... thanks mr arnab , for every support. like to thank the driver bipin in west bengal & guide mr chan mia in bangladesh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Bonedi bari Puja parikrama this year with my mother who just had an operation before 15 days. Had a really good experience as the staffs were very helpful. Very well organized and punctual. Food arrangement was also perfect.

We had excellent experience and had very good dharshan
Guide and driver were very much adjustable, helpfull, cooperative and almost protective in their country where we had a small amount of doubt
I can mention all credit goes to Mr ArnabLahri
I saw a comment about Mr ArnobLahri regarding not arranging of vegetarian food
I would like to mention here that last year we four of us had West bengal Sakthi peet Dharshan tour arranged by A to Z travels. Mr Lahri has arranged a VEG bhog in two of the Sakthipeet by speaking to the concerned persons and also through the driver of the cab in all other places of west bengal as we have informed him in advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an immersion trip 2017 with A to Z. It was nice experience, immersion of goddess Durga at river Ganga. We could have missed out something if we don’t come with A to Z. Seating and watching the immersion from the vessel was a lovely experience. Welcome drink and hot snacks was good. Special thanks for arranging guide and send off sweet.
The overall arrangement was really good. My family enjoyed a lot on the vessel. We recommend to others to have such experience with A to Z travels.

We booked a tour of Bonedi Barir Pujo on 06.10.2019
and visited Sabarna Chowdhury 's Pujo, Rani Rashmoni Barir Pujo, Khelat Ghosh's Pujo,. Sobhabazar Rajbarir Pujo, Dutta Barir Pujo, Chandra Barir Pujo,etc . The tour was very well organised and it was really awesome. The tour guide was excellent and could weave the stories with reference to the context beautifully. Hats off Mr. Arnab Lahiri. If I stay alive next year I will surely join the rural Bengal trip surely. God bless this organisation and all the staff and owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I & my parents went for Bonedi Barir pujo parikrama with them this year. There were 2 AC Volvo buses. They provided a welcome kit, evening snacks & refreshment. We were taken to 7 famous bonedi baris of Kolkata. The guide narrated the historical importance of these houses which made the tour even more interesting. The overall arrangement was extremely good. My family loved the experience. We highly recommend A to Z travels to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a one day city tour of Kolkata with A2Z. We enjoyed their service a lot. It was very easy and hassle free to book the tour. The vehicle was also good. The driver cum guide was polite and co-operative. Costing was reasonable too.
We would surely look forward to have more tours with A2Z and strongly recommend to use their service.
