★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. They don't have a professional mechanical engineers. Recently I reached to this service centre and asked to do a full service of my car. As informed by them service may take 4-5 hrs and I decided to left the car for service and went back to home.
After 6 hrs I got a call from them saying your car is ready. When I went back. I see only general service has been done. I.e., air filter, oil filter etc. Car has few problems I.e., sensor not working, window lock issue remains same. None of their mechanic has noticed and all problem remain same.
Moreover, car washing was poor, Vacume has not been performed. Bootspace remains dirty and unopened.
Owner has agreed his unprofessional service and assured me to give better service next time. However, that doesn't solve my today's problem and haven't given satisfactory benifit from the billing point.
