Rishika, my eldest, can smile more confidently, Shourya can continue eating her fav sweets without worry. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nikhil is an experienced dentist with sound advice, esp. for the older generation who are not used to dental care. Over the last few months, Dr. Nikhil has worked with my entire family to come up with a dental care plan.
- I got one of my cavities filled which was a smooth process and took less than 20 mins.
- I also got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the surgeon Dr. Nikhil works with was also very experienced. The healing was quick and I did not experience any post-surgery pain or issues. Dr. Nikhil was quite thoughtful in his communication and also proactively checked up on me once by calling my home.
Overall, will highly recommend Dr. Nikhil to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad that I'm writing this review since I had an impeccable experience! Previously, I had a failed RCT which resulted in a re-infection in my tooth. I was informed that Re-RCT and Extraction (followed by dental implantation) are the two options in this case.
However, Re-RCT requires a specialized expert (an endodontist, to be specific). And, extraction + implantation otherwise is a relatively trivial and much costlier affair.
The doctors I consulted suggested the latter option, and I had difficulty finding a good endodontist. A unanimous statement that I have heard from the dental fraternity is that saving the natural tooth is always best. Still, Dr. Nikhil was the only one in Surat who insisted on attempting Re-RCT or Endodontic retreatment.
Fortunately, I visited Dr. Nikhil right before my extraction. I had gone to him with an expectation of a recommendation for extraction. However, Dr. Nikhil was very professional and committed to the idea of saving the tooth. So I went ahead with it, and Dr. Nikhil performed the entire treatment diligently.
A caveat here is that Re-RCT does not have a definite outcome. Roughly there's a 10% probability that my tooth might start circling back to the previous state in 6-12 months, after which extraction will be the only resort.
But I appreciate that Dr. Nikhil made a sincere attempt in the first place despite the assiduous process involved in Re-RCT. I am more than happy to recommend him without any reservations at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Nikhil Rehlan was extremely bad, he turned my dental filling into a nightmare. He made such a large high point in my tooth filling bcoz of which I later on developed severe TMJ problem. I suffered from severe ear ache for a very long time. When I scheduled my second appointment, he didn’t care to fix my problem. I had to suffer a lot of mental agony. It took me more than a year to recover from the problem. It’s sad how these highly qualified doctors can’t perform simple tasks like a tooth filling and make their patients suffer to such great extent.

He very well explained the technical details before going ahead with the procedure and carried out the procedure very skillfully with minimum pain. The crown was placed in one go which is also commendable. The clinic is well equipped with latest equipments and is very hygienic. He is very approachable and can be directly contacted for any dental issue.
