β β β β β Service of team A 2 Z is unique specially in this COVID 19 situation.Iam thankful to them to provide Vehicles as and when required.
I have decided to allot them 3&1/2 Stars for their overall performance,1Star for attitude towards Customers and 1/2 Star kept in hand for their future course of action.
Recommendations:
1.Try to informed Customers about
per km rate and minimum charges.
2.Ensure Acknowledgement receipt of Car fare.
3. Make some rules for Drivers.
4. Gift your Card (printed some general information about A2Z)to each Customer.
