★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! They charge you ₹300 for updation but don't even bother to upload your data I guess. After going here for updation of my mobile no. and address, I kept waiting for months for the updation to happen, but it never did. When I checked the aadhar portal using the enrolment no., it said no such enrollment data found. Then I went at this place again to check what was wrong with my application. They simply asked me to send scanned copy of my enrollment slip on some whatsapp no., which I did but to no avail. Again no response. Pathetic staff!! Pathetic service!! Finally went to the RBL bank and got the updation done, that too at just ₹50. If you want to waste your time and money then go to this Aruna agency. Otherwise don't even bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency is prompt enough in resolving your aadhar related updates, they charge you more than the government rates but you escape the pain of long queues and token systems. Though the rates aren't justifiable but it helps people who need quick updates on aadhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Want to update aadhar address. Friend twice in 2 kontya, still adhar not updated. Staff not cooperative. They change 300 rs & in case application called, they against ask for 100 rs. If u have lot of time to do timepass, then surekh visit. Else look some whare else

Update to aadhar taking only 5 mins, the women asked me to fill the form and transfer money, once done she asked me to come at 5pm as she said the person was not to the 5 min update due to some personal reason. I asked her to return the money because she was not updating it then and there. She returned the money but if you are taking 300 rs to just update a number provide the service accordingly. Plz dont take person in need for granted poor people are just sent off for some or the other reason.Finaly i got it updated from PO with 50rs in not more than 2 mins.
