★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East or West this is the best. A right place to update or enroll your addhar card. Everyday 50 members will get token to update their adhar information. Starts from 8am possibly ends before 9.00am. In other adhar centers people wait since morning 5am to get token that too they issue only for 15 to 20 members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donkeys work better than Bangalore One employees!! One of the worst service providers!! Come at 8 in the morning leave at 12 pm in the afternoon!! Completely unhelpful people, just give excuses to avoid work!! Best to go to other service providers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process is extremely outdated and inefficient. Why only 25 or 50 or whatever the hell the number is updation requests per day. If that is the case pls make appointments online. I reached at 8am and was told the coupon distribution will begin at 9. Systems and processes need to exist to make customer experience better, not more painful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Aadhar centre on 12/01/2022 to update my mobile number and date of birth at 9.30 a. I was given a paper token and told to come at 3.30 pm. My work was done by 4 pm . The lady in charge , Roopashree is hardworking and efficient . But she should be assisted as people keep waiting and it takes anywhere between 15 minutes to 30 mins for every update . On online token system would be very helpful to the citizens. Plus there should be some incentive for good work , else there is no reason for people to be efficient .
