★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 17 March 2018 office was closed at 11AM. (They should have opened at 10am) Citizen 'service' NOT. Be prepared to visit multiple times. 2 times at the very least. Once to get the token of which only 20 issued for a month and another time to get the work done on the allotted day. This place is impossible to spot from the road and you shall have to ask the people in the area for directions as no sign boards are in place except right at the counter.
