★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I summit my adhar from on fourth table and just after I remove to waiting area and stand near a counter because almost chair was full at the time a lady staff name mrs. No said came and crying to me that it is not a waiting platform if u want to stand waiting that u go out in the ground and wait and crying very noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.They r not ready to accept documents for Por(proof of relation) with head of family, which are already accepted as valid documents in online booking. They bluntly suggest to get address proof attested by ward councillor for all members of family individually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes merely 5 minutes to change Mobile number here....You can also apply for new aadhar card here....The place is little bit congested. All things are good here but some of the staffs are not well behaved they don't know how to talk properly they act like illiterate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt they do quick . But the moment you pass the guard and entre the office you can feel a chaos , staff shouting and if you have visited with family to update all adress as will be case if you have moved to New city , Oh my God they will call all 4 members name in one go.
I found one staff not well behaved and he was rude. No one will inform you how to wait for your token display.
Guards sitting outside may give some time in hall to direct and teach people to see que TV and direct .
You will come inside the hall and then they will say go outside counter .
Ironically they do not have facility full proof for a disabled person , you can't pull your wheel chair till lift byof your seld
