DON'T AFRAID OF LONG Q OUTSIDE, ONCE YOU GET YOUR TOKEN YOUR WORK WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 10-15 MIN. BETTER HAVE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT. I VISITED TODAY (31/03/2022) FOR MOBILE NO. UPDATION. THE CENTRE MANAGER IS TOO PROFESSIONAL HE WAS BRIEFING HIS STAFF HOW TO BE POLITE TO THE COUSTOMERS . MANAGEMENT IS TOO GOOD THEN YOUR EXPECTATION. LUNCH BREAK (01:30-02:00PM). ONE THING I MISS IS A PROPER HELPDESK COUNTER VISIBLE TO ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how they got 4.4 Rating. Today, I visited and one word to explain the situation- Pathatic. Just a worst experience, highly crowded and no management. I had appointment but I could not enter the center due to high crowd. I am not sure what is purpose of taking appointment. If you don't believe me, check out the pic.
Covid guidelines, my foot. I returned empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The executives at Counter No. C-1 and C-5 on 17th Mar'22 are very arrogant and rude and very unprofessional. They don't know how to talk and deal with senior citizen and treat everyone like Gawar. When ask something, they reply like, mujhe kya pta, and aage ja be. This is their language and there is no feedback counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the office does not get anything... and does not have the skills to talk. Even the people of the office do not know how to talk.. Just keep roaming here and there and no one gives correct information and no one talks properly.....Today it is better to never come, then go out and get this work done, give even money and listen to four things of the people, just like a manager is a complete staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Now Forget long queues for just 1 min work in banks for aadhar updates. People are very happy to have quick services at this centre. Take appointment from UiDAI website and reach at your slot time get the token and you are almost done. It took almost 15 min to complete a new aadhar registration. Thanks you all for speedy services. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper Temperature check was there, Sanitization was there and just one piece of advice please apply online for the changes so that when you come here you just need to take the token number only, if you don't apply online then you might waste 30-45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick and efficient centre. As long as you have done your paper work in advance, you can get your work done quite quickly. Going to a government/public office in India and expecting a fewer people and less crowd is UNREAL. So do not expect that, but ques movment is faster than expected.
