It took almost two months for loan sanction and disbursal. Pathetic. No proper communication from the staff. No proper guidance.
No one tell u the details cleatly.totally fraud.pls dont select this bank for home loan.
Even I called customer care and their representatives so many time but they are also unsure about the loan process... Strange!!
If not worst, probably one of the worat org to go for home loans.as they charge you heigh ROI and apply hidden charges which You will come up once you have signed all your loan documents as initial they will told you that we will charge only 2360/- processing fee and 1%+GST of your loan amount but afterwards they will charge you different fee .
They remind me of my school days 15 years ago, when we need to go to the bank for simple tasks. The staff is still living in that era, although bank advertises online loans with no hassle. lol
I regret submitting the loan application to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of the worst service from aadhar housing finance. After sanction of the Loan, they are taking so much time and no one is responding the exact reason for the delay.
staff don't have proper knowledge about their own process and do false commitments.My loan was sanctioned 4 month back but still struggling to get disbursement.
Not respond with your queries.
There is no proper way to communicate with them.
Time consuming,inefficient,no direct contact number,customer care people are narrating parrots with no sense. Highly disagree with this branch for any support. Useless and time consuming.
