Always on time, compassionate, empathetic, easy to talk to and relates exceptionally well. Hands-down the most effective and efficient doctor visits I’ve had (a patient for 3 years). Friendly, helpful staff as well. Very knowledgeable and experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good, very knowledgeable, and very humble, but processes are worst. I would prefer for normal disease, but not recommended for something as big and as serious as COVID.
It's surprising to see you have to wait for hours just to show the blood report, etc, to doctor. Also, they take charges for taking a look of your report which isn't a usual practice at other small/ big hospitals. I agree about consultation and follow-up charges, but no one takes charges to view patient's reports!
Consulting charges are similar to or even higher than bigger hospitals in some cases. But waiting time for everything is too high and it makes the condition of patient more worst.
Staff at reception (except one madam) isn't that co-operative and good, and they don't give satisfactory answers about waiting period.
I would suggest the staff to give bit a human touch to your patients.
