★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aanya Bohra is best yoga teacher, I met, she is very natural, positive, skilled, calm and enthusiastic about her work and has in depth knowledge of yoga and meditation. She deeply observes each and everyone of the learners and instructs them with much care and also motivates with much postivity. Works on flexibility and building inner strength. Meditation was also very deep and relaxing at Aadiyog yoga classes and I also felt that her vibes r very positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming studio, perfect for internationals! I really enjoyed my class yesterday evening! The communication beforehand was very welcoming and helpful which made it easy for me to choose a class and find the studio. The class itself was small which I liked because I got to speak to some of the other participants and was individually assisted by one of the teachers throughout the session. Unfortunately I was only in Jaipur for a few days otherwise I would have attended more than this one class!

I joined Aadiyog for my depression and other mental problems and the trainer is so caring, loving and supportive that she knows about required asanas for each individual and she will never let you down. Highly recommended Aadiyog for your every physical and mental problems.

Most importantly , I reduced my weight by 11.5 kgs in a months which is nearly impossible with yoga alone. I strongly recommend this to everyone. Thanks Aadiyoga.

+ They do pre counselling prior joining so they can determine if you have any health issues and what your goal is ( strength, flexibility, weight loss etc).
+ they only allow/ allot a few students in each batch so they can monitor and guide each classes
+ no one is left behind whether you are a newbie or more flexible than others, each poses/ asana / exercises are fitted to what you can do
+ they start from basics then slowly increase exercises depending on your progress.
If you are looking for something fun, new experience, increase your stamina and flexibility and good approachable yoga teachers, I highly recommend this yoga studio "Aadiyog!"
