Water problems half the year and other half the year society problems like lift not working not well maintained and the parking space is worst and on the top of that the tenants throw garbage from their windows on the parking space. 75% of the people are living on rent because the owners of the house knows the problem with the tower. 1 to 5th floor are illegal and 22to 24 are illegal.No Refuge area available here. Electricity connection is connected in main line of many tenants here and some of them have not even register their electricity bill. However comes in this tower gets very unlucky. Come at you're own risk
