★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class PG for Working Singles. All rooms are equipped with AC and TV with satellite TV. Food in good. Only issue is with the point of contact. The caretakers are lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good during my time around 2017 and 2018, thereafter the quality deteriorated a little bit. But, for students and bachelors it is good overall. The manager is lazy, you have to take constant follow-up to get things done lime repairing washing machine, WiFi, TV, AC, etc. Considering its location it is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyday a dog enters all the floors. It has been more than 2 months we had complained the owner about it, but the lock at the wooden door at the entry is broken, so the dog easily enters the building and creates this stuff. 2/5
WiFi service is not good. 2/5
Also the food quality is average. Many of the residents complains about the quality of the food and change the cook, but action is still not taken for more than 6 months. 2/5
Washing clothes is easy. Every floor has seperate washing machine. 5/5
Room cleaning is good. Everyday room is cleaned except Sunday. But hall is not cleaned properly. Both residents and owner not taking care of the clothes in the hall. In the picture, only 25% are there of the residents, rest doesn't belong to any of them. 3/5
Each floor has seperate electric stove, so individuals can cook whenever they want.
Also refrigerator and water purifier at each floor. Newspaper service at each floor. 5/5
Overall service is not worth the rent at ₹11,000 per person. Breakfast and Dinner included (not lunch). Electricity bill included with AC (fix timings).
